• [Durable Materials] The brush body is made of conductive carbon material for good electrical conductivity and wear resistance. The spring is made of carbon steel wire, offering elasticity and corrosion resistance. The terminal is copper or brass for reliable electrical connection
• [Product Function] The carbon brush stays in contact with the motor commutator to transfer current to the armature coil, helping the motor run normally. The spring adjusts as the brush wears, maintaining steady contact and consistent current flow
• [Package Contents] The set includes 2 carbon brush and spring assemblies. Each unit has undergone strict factory testing for durability. It is recommended to replace both brushes at the same time to help avoid uneven wear that can cause motor imbalance or reduced power, ensuring stable performance during extended use
• [Easy Installation] No special tools are required. Simply use a screwdriver. The installation process is quick—remove the brush cover and old brushes, place the new brushes in the original position, secure the cover, and the replacement is complete
