Welcome to Augusta Warehouse (augustawarehouse.com). By placing an order or using this site you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout before you pay. A sale price or "-NN%" badge compares the current price with our regular price. We may correct errors in pricing or product information and, if an item is unavailable, we will cancel and refund that item in full. Your order is accepted when it ships.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch; shipping is free on orders of $49 or more. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

Returns

Most unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery as described in our Returns & Refunds page. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full.

Products

Products are described as accurately as we can; colors may vary by screen. Use every product according to the manufacturer's instructions and warnings. Seasonal and electrical items are for the use described on the packaging only.

Accounts and conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping any account details secure. You agree not to misuse the site, resell our content, or interfere with its operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Augusta Warehouse is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products; our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
