If you are not happy with your order for any reason, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the full price of the item. Email hello@augustawarehouse.com with your order number and we will reply within one business day with return instructions. Items should be returned unused, with all parts, in their original packaging. Items that arrive damaged or defective are replaced or refunded at no cost to you, including return shipping.
90-day price protection
If the price of an item you bought from us drops on our website within 90 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference. Email hello@augustawarehouse.com with your order number and the item, and we will refund the difference to your original payment method. Price protection covers our own regular website price; it does not apply to discount codes, free gifts, or items that are sold out at the time of your request.
