30-Day Returns
Not right? Return most unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Start a return by emailing hello@augustawarehouse.com with your order number; we will send a prepaid label and instructions.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Opened costumes, wigs, makeup and clearance items are final sale for hygiene reasons unless defective. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full, including shipping.
