• AlTiCrN Coating: Upgrades the traditional AlTiN structure with Chromium to significantly boost toughness and thermal resilience. Under extreme temperatures, it generates a self-protecting Al₂O₃ and Cr₂O₃ shield that insulates the tool substrate from thermal shock. Offering superior heat resistance and a drastically lowered risk of chipping, it guarantees long-term processing stability when tackling stainless steel, tool steel, and nickel-based superalloys in demanding high-feed or interrupted cutting conditions.
